My payment didn't go through

If your payment failed during signup or renewal, here are the most common causes and how to resolve them.

Card payments

Check that your card details are entered correctly and that your card has not expired. Some banks block international or online transactions by default. Contact your bank to confirm the transaction is not being declined on their end, then try again.

If the issue persists, try a different card or switch to crypto. To switch payment methods see the Updating Your Payment Method article in the Account and Billing section.

Crypto payments

If you paid your crypto invoice but have not received access, your payment may still be pending confirmation on the network. This can take a few minutes. If more than 30 minutes have passed and you still do not have access, email support@drayvyn.com with your transaction details and we will confirm it manually.

Make sure you paid in USDT or USDC. Payments sent in other currencies cannot be processed and may not be recoverable.

Still unresolved

If your payment issue is not covered above, reach out via in-app reporting or email support@drayvyn.com with as much detail as possible about what happened.
