Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Drayvyn and its associated platforms, including studio.drayvyn.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to subscribe. Users between the ages of 13 and 17 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to subscribe and use the platform. By subscribing on behalf of a minor, the parent or legal guardian agrees to be bound by these terms and accepts full responsibility for the minor's use of the platform.

Users who are legally emancipated or hold equivalent legal standing in their jurisdiction may subscribe independently regardless of age, provided they meet the minimum age requirement of 13.

Subscriptions

Drayvyn offers three subscription plans: Vault, Studio, and Empire. Plan features are described in full at library.drayvyn.com/pricing. Drayvyn reserves the right to modify plan features with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected at checkout. Annual plans are billed as a single payment. All prices are in USD.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to the platform until that date.

Refunds and Compensation

Refunds and compensation are handled in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy, available at library.drayvyn.com. We do not issue refunds outside of the conditions outlined in that policy.

Commercial License

All plans include a commercial license for every clip downloaded during your active subscription period. You may use downloaded clips in client work, on your own platforms and channels, in paid advertisements, and in any other commercial context. The license remains valid after cancellation for clips downloaded during your active subscription. Full terms are outlined in our Content License Agreement, available at library.drayvyn.com.

Acceptable Use

Your use of Drayvyn content is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, available at library.drayvyn.com. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense clips from the Vault in any form. You may not claim ownership of Drayvyn clips. You may not use clips in content that violates applicable law or causes harm to individuals or institutions.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your login with anyone outside of your approved team if you are on the Empire or Enterprise plans.

Changes to These Terms

We will notify you of any material changes to these terms before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
