Overview

Drayvyn respects intellectual property rights and expects users of our platform to do the same. This policy outlines the process for submitting a copyright infringement claim under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, as well as how we handle counter-notices and repeat infringers.

If you believe that content accessible through Drayvyn infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice to our designated contact at support@drayvyn.com. Your notice must include the following:

  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • A description of the content you believe is infringing and where it is located on the platform
  • Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Incomplete notices may not be acted upon. Drayvyn is not responsible for claims submitted with inaccurate or misleading information.

Our Response

Upon receiving a valid notice, Drayvyn will review the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the content in question. We will notify the relevant party where appropriate.

Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed from the platform in error, you may submit a counter-notice to support@drayvyn.com. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Identification of the content that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, Drayvyn may restore the content unless the original claimant pursues legal action within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Repeat Infringers

Drayvyn reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

AI-Generated Content

All clips available through Drayvyn are AI-generated. They are not derived from, based on, or reproductions of any specific copyrighted work. If you believe a Drayvyn clip bears a substantial resemblance to a copyrighted work, you are welcome to submit a notice using the process outlined above and we will review your claim.

Limitations

This policy applies specifically to copyright claims related to content on the Drayvyn platform. For other content disputes or concerns, see our Takedown and Content Dispute Policy, available at library.drayvyn.com.
