My download isn't starting

If a clip is not downloading when you click the download button, there are a few things to check before reaching out to support.

Check your browser settings

Some browsers block automatic downloads by default. Check your browser's download permissions and make sure drayvyn.com is not blocked. You may see a prompt in your browser bar asking you to allow the download.

Check your internet connection

A weak or unstable connection can interrupt a download before it starts. Try refreshing the page and attempting the download again on a stable connection.

Try a different browser

If the issue persists, try downloading from a different browser. This helps rule out a browser-specific conflict.

Clear your cache

A corrupted cache can occasionally interfere with downloads. Clear your browser cache and cookies, reload the Vault, and try again.

Still not working

If none of the above resolves it, report the issue through in-app reporting or email support@drayvyn.com with details of the browser and device you are using.
