I can't log in

If you are having trouble logging in to your Drayvyn account, work through the steps below before contacting support.
Check your credentials
Make sure you are using the email address and password you registered with.
Reset your password
If you cannot remember your password, click the forgot password link on the login screen. You will receive an email with a reset link. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes.
Check your subscription status
Access to the Vault requires an active subscription. If your subscription has lapsed or a payment failed, your login will succeed but you will not be able to access the platform. Go to the subscription page to check your billing status and resolve any payment issues.
Still locked out
If you have tried the above and still cannot log in, email support@drayvyn.com from the address associated with your account and we will help you recover access.
