Your commercial license explained

Last updated: April 2026

Every clip you download from the Vault is covered by a commercial license tied to your active Drayvyn subscription. This means you can use the clips in paid work, monetised content, and commercial productions without any additional clearance.

What you can do

You can use downloaded clips in YouTube videos, TikTok content, client productions, broadcast content, advertising, and any other commercial application. You do not need to credit Drayvyn anywhere in your content.

What you cannot do

You may not resell or redistribute Drayvyn clips as standalone assets. You may not claim ownership of any clip. You may not use clips in content that violates applicable law or causes harm to individuals or institutions.

License and your subscription

Your commercial license is active as long as your subscription is active. If your subscription lapses, you lose the right to use clips in new productions. Content already published before your subscription lapsed is not affected.

Full terms

The complete terms governing your use of Drayvyn clips are available in the Terms of Service at library.drayvyn.com.
