Referral rules and eligibility
Last updated: April 2026
The Drayvyn Creator Program has a set of rules that govern how referrals are counted and what keeps you in good standing. Understanding these keeps your account running smoothly and your earnings accurate.
What counts as an active referral
An active referral is a subscriber who signed up using your unique referral link or code and whose subscription is currently active and paid. If a referred subscriber cancels or lapses, they are removed from your active referral count. If they resubscribe later using your link or code, they count again.
Only active referrals count toward your tier. Your commission rate at any given time reflects your current active referral total, not your historical peak.
Your referral identifiers
You have both a referral link and a referral code. Either can be used by someone signing up for Drayvyn. Both are available in your Creator Portal dashboard.
Eligibility requirements
To participate in the Creator Program you must be at least 13 years of age and have an active Drayvyn subscription. Full eligibility terms and program rules are available at library.drayvyn.com.
Staying in good standing
Violations of the program rules can result in suspension or removal. If your account is actioned and you believe it was in error, you can submit an appeal from within the Creator Portal within 30 days of the decision.
