How to get help

If you cannot find what you are looking for in the Help Center, there are two other ways to get support.

In-app reporting

For technical issues experienced inside the Vault, use the in-app reporting tool. This is the fastest way to flag something that is not working correctly and ensures we have the right context to investigate.

Email support

For anything that cannot be resolved through the Help Center or in-app reporting, email us at support@drayvyn.com. Include as much detail as possible about your issue, including your account email, the platform you were using, and what you were doing when the problem occurred.

Response times

We aim to respond to all support emails as quickly as possible. If your issue is related to a billing problem or a platform outage, treat it as urgent and include that in your subject line.

What to do first

Before reaching out, check whether your question is already answered somewhere in the Help Center. The search bar at the top of every page covers all articles across every category. Most common questions have a dedicated article.
