If you experience a platform issue that affects your ability to use your subscription, you may be eligible for a refund. Full details of what qualifies and how the process works are covered in the Refund and Cancellation Policy at library.drayvyn.com.

How the process works

Report your issue within 3 days of it occurring. If we are unable to resolve it within 7 days of your report, you will be eligible for a refund. Reports can be submitted through in-app reporting or by emailing support@drayvyn.com.
